Is your digital inclusion work worthy of an award?

8th September 2016

Nominations for this year’s Third Sector Awards Cymru are now open, with a special award for digital inclusion.

The awards scheme is run by the Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA), to promote, recognise and celebrate the hard work and great achievements of third sector groups from around the country.

The very best in Wales’ third sector organisations are honoured across seven categories, and winners will receive their awards at an exclusive ceremony in Cardiff in January 2017. One of this year’s categories is the ‘Award for digital inclusion’, which is sponsored by Digital Communities Wales.

Tell us how your organisation is promoting basic digital skills and helping your members or service users to get online. Are you equipping your staff and volunteers with digital skills? Are you working with other organisations to co-ordinate digital inclusion activities in your area?

If you think you’ve got what it takes to win this award, visit the WCVA website and follow the guidelines for nominations.

Nominations must be submitted by November 11th.
